What began as simply spinning a yarn, turned into much more.
ZeeBagsVt is...... all about creating fun, functional bags and accessories in a wide range of delightful fabrics and sizes.
Handcrafted by Zee who lives in a cabin in the woods of Vermont, each bag is made with care and most are one-of-a-kind.
Our basic totebag is designed with a cotton print fabric on the outside and a sturdy bottom and straps of canvas. It's the perfect everyday bag -- can be worn over the shoulder or carried. Fits enough to take on the plane, off to school, or down to the shore. Versatile and gently washable.
Our tapestry totes are made of more expensive fabrics -- usually those used for furniture or draperies. Gorgeous and very sturdy, they complete any outfit with class.
The shoulder bags are designed for a woman on-the-go. Just grab your keys and driver's license, a few dollars and a credit card and throw them in the two pockets under the flap. Stuff your cell phone in the back pocket. And... you're off on the next adventure!!
Fat quarter bags are designed from a completely different pattern, using six different swatches of fabric to create a large bag. These bags will do for a shopping spree or an overnight stay. Plenty of room for every need.
For accessories we currently have two items: a Tarot cloth for conducting readings, and a vest which matches a totebag.
And bringing up the rear -- swatches of fabric just waiting for you. We have over 25 different fabrics available to be sewn into bags at your whim. We can do special orders. Just let us know!
